Ben Stiller returns as Larry Daley, a former night guard at a museum where all displays come to life by an ancient egyptian tablet. Daley (Stiller) has found success as an inventor of infomercial products. Larry returns to the museum only to find his old friends are being shipped to the world famous Smithsonian in D.C., this begins a wild ride filled with adventure for the young and old!
